The space is being rebuilt from the ground up as a general practice and urgent care hybrid, with a target opening in mid-January. You would be the founding and initially sole doctor, shaping medical standards, culture, and client experience from day one. This is not a standard nine-to-five GP associate role. The ownership group is looking for a true partner, offering a guaranteed base salary up to $250,000 per year alongside meaningful equity, with no cash buy-in required. Equity of over 50 percent is on the table for the right candidate, with the exact structure tailored to experience and fit.
