Lead Clinical Engineering at the Health System Level. Shape Strategy. Drive Results.

Youve mastered biomedical and clinical engineering operations. Now youre ready to influence an entire health system partner with executive leaders and build a team that sets the standard for service excellence.

What Youll Do

• Lead Clinical Engineering strategy and operations across a multi-site healthcare network.

• Partner with hospital executives to improve performance enhance technology management and deliver measurable business results.

• Build mentor and develop high-performing Clinical Engineering leaders and teams.

• Drive regulatory readiness operational excellence and continuous improvement across the network.

What Youll Need

• Bachelors degree in Management Engineering Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 10 years of Clinical Engineering experience.

• 5 years of leadership experience managing people and operations.

• Experience with regulatory compliance financial management contracts costing and medical equipment management.

• Strong communication relationship-building and strategic leadership skills.
