We’re hiring a Painting Associate for end-of-line manufacturing . This role focuses on precision painting of small, intricate parts (badges) using foot-pedal airbrush tools and small brushes. Great fit for candidates with small-part manufacturing , assembly, or a steady-hand / artistic background.
Pay & Schedule
- $18.00/hr
- 1st shift: 7:00am–3:45pm (40 hrs/week)
- Temp-to-Perm
What you’ll do:
- Paint small parts using foot-operated airbrush/air guns and hand tools
- Inspect parts for defects (pre/post paint)
- Keep area clean and organized
- Use drying/curing equipment as needed
- Follow safety + quality procedures and daily production goals
- Help with packaging when needed
What we’re looking for
- Manufacturing experience preferred (small parts/intricate work a plus)
- Strong hand-eye coordination + attention to detail
- Reliable attendance
