Position Summary This onsite Human Resources role supports plant employees and the Plant Management Team through employee relations, timekeeping, recruiting and onboarding, policy compliance, and performance and disciplinary support. Mission: to provide the highest quality products and service to our users at the lowest possible price Strong commitment to the development of our employees, including continuous education opportunities Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Note Satisfactory background check and negative drug screen required Primary Job Responsibilities Administer timekeeping and support payroll accuracy Support performance management and employee disciplinary processes for attendance Ensure compliance with company policies Maintain personnel records and HR systems dataAssist employees with benefits and leave administration Perform other HR duties as necessary Qualifications/Requirements 2 to 4 yr degree in HR or related field preferred Internship or relevant work experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Demonstrated punctuality, reliability and attention to detail Strong Microsoft Office and overall technology skills Experience with UKG HRIS and timekeeping preferred or similar systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced, ever-growing environment This position is on-site only. Remote work is not available for this position.
