As a member of a collaborative team, you’ll provide high-quality onsite therapy 2-3 days per week, working approximately 16 hours and managing a well-balanced caseload of 40 K-8 students. This position is ideal for professionals seeking meaningful part-time work while making a tangible difference in each student’s educational journey.

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP or SLPA license in the state of Florida
• Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred
• Familiarity with CCC, CFY, and healthcare-related practices in speech therapy a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with diverse student needs in a school environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for K-8 students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and school staff
• Maintain accurate session documentation and records
• Participate in IEP meetings when required
