Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Appalachian Regional Healthcare.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Adult patient population with potential for pediatric patients.

Special Requests: Travel pairs will not be accepted on the same shift or unit. Assignment confirmation needs to be signed within 24 hours of an offer. Cannot apply to more than one job at a time.

Shift & Scheduling: You must be willing to accept 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one-week 3x12, next week 4x12). Every other weekend required.

Floating Requirements: Float required within scope of practice.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
