Production Assembly
This role involves assembling headlamp components in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Production Assembly Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 11:00pm)
- Perform assembly of lighting components according to work instructions
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
- Meet production rates, including piece-rate opportunities
Production Assembly Qualifications:
- Must be available for overtime (typically 1-2 hours after shift) and must be able to work 1 Saturday a month (scheduled in advance)
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
- Requires good use of hands
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
