Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at a beautiful skilled nursing and long-term residential rehabilitation facility in Fayetteville, NC.

Position Highlights:

• Department hours: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services in a SNF setting
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on patient care plans
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  
• Provide patient and caregiver education to promote functional outcomes
  

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited physical therapy school. Preferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable). Capable of lifting the equivalent weight of an adult-size patient. Licensed by the state in which the Physical Therapist resides or practices Physical Therapy according to state requirements.
