What You'll Do:

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Support unit operations and participate in quality improvement initiatives

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience working in OB/GYN or similar specialty preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and fast-paced environments
