Sr Business Associate

Citigroup Technology, Inc. seeks a Sr Business Associate for its Tampa, FL location.

Duties include conferring with personnel to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures, supporting GO management reporting, developing and coordinating presentations and management communications, coordinating planning and production of materials for town halls, leadership offsites, and special events, coordinating global GO organizational announcements, supporting development and execution of a multiplatform communication strategy, analyzing data gathered and developing solutions, gathering and organizing information on problems or procedures, documenting findings and preparing recommendations, planning study of work problems and procedures, facilitating discussions and execution of special projects, supporting development, tracking, and reporting of annual business goals, supporting operational governance activities, preparing manuals in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, reviewing forms and reports, coordinating monthly GO financial reporting, supporting GO-related bid exception approvals, delegation of authority requests, and event exception processes, monitoring GO-related outputs from the Governance and Control Office, aligning with regional CRS teams, supporting Operational Governance efforts, and a telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation planning, executing, and monitoring projects, utilizing methodologies for planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects, using data analysis tools for reporting purposes, utilizing financial management principles, supporting organizational change initiatives, creating purchase orders following up with invoice submissions for projects, and tracking non-employee resources and change requests.

Wage Range: $132,100.00 to $133,924.92
