This position does require an RN license. 7pm-7am Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday). $2,000 Sign-on bonus Our Exceptional Benefits package for our Part-time RN Supervisor position includes: 1 Paid Holiday Generous PTO plan Matching 403b Retirement Plan Robust Wellness & Rewards program Discounted Employee Meals Free CEUs Career Growth & Advancement Leadership Development Program RN Weekend Supervisor qualifications include: Current RN License in good standing, Georgia or Multistate license required 2 years of experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required 1 year of experience in Supervisory/Management role Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification Genuine passion for working with elders Strong team work and leadership skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to lead and foster team work with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partners Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred) Strong organization and time management skills Equal Opportunity Statement: A.G.
