Position: Inventory Data Entry Clerk
Pay: $19.00/hr
Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Mon-Fri
Location: Frankfort, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Inventory Data Entry Clerk to start IMMEDIATELY at $19.00/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Enter inventory data accurately into the inventory management system (XA software experience is a plus, but training will be provided).
• Print inventory reports and documentation as needed.
• Verify inventory counts, descriptions, and totals for accuracy.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail throughout the project.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel to keep inventory records current.

Qualifications:

• Previous data entry experience required.
• Prior inventory or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable counting and verifying large quantities of inventory.
• Basic computer skills with ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
