Requirements

Previous experience as an Oil & Lube Technician, Express Technician, Automotive Technician, or Mechanic preferred Strong understanding of routine vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

What You'll Do

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and routine maintenance repairs Complete multi-point vehicle inspections accurately and thoroughly Replace filters, wiper blades, batteries, and other maintenance-related components Identify and communicate vehicle concerns to Service Advisors and management Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining efficiency and productivity
