You'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside a skilled and welcoming multidisciplinary team.Key responsibilities:Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plansProvide effective, compassionate, and patient-centered careCollaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure continuity of careEducate patients and families to support progress and long-term outcomesMaintain thorough and accurate documentationMinimum qualifications:Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)Pelvic floor certification requiredBLS (CPR) certification preferredStrong communication & customer service skillsTwo years of experience as a pelvic floor therapist preferredAbout CSMO:Founded in 1979, the Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is the region's premier provider of orthopaedic, sports medicine, and therapy services.
