This is a leadership position that combines staff management, guest relations, and daily restaurant operations.ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipRecruit, train, and mentor seasonal waiter/waitress staffCreate staff schedulesAssign daily dining room responsibilitiesLead and support the dining room team during meal serviceFoster a positive, team-oriented work environmentDining Room OperationsCreate guest table assignments for the duration of their stayEnsure efficient and welcoming meal serviceMonitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptlyMaintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and organizationCoordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operationsWork with the Event Director to coordinate on-site weddings & eventsGuest ExperienceBuild relationships with returning guestsLearn guest names and preferencesHelp create the welcoming, family atmosphere that Fair Hills is known forHandle guest questions and resolve concerns with professionalismQualificationsRestaurant or hospitality management experience is preferred but not required.
