Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to senior leadership within a fast-paced and highly dynamic global environment.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, executive-level communication, and the ability to independently manage competing priorities while supporting high-level stakeholders across international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex executive calendars with a proactive and strategic approach
• Prioritize scheduling conflicts and coordinate with senior leadership teams
• Screen and manage high volumes of executive communications and follow-ups
• Support leadership teams by tracking commitments, priorities, and action items
• Coordinate international travel arrangements and logistics
• Organize leadership meetings, agendas, attendance, and action tracking
• Process expense reports and ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Support workflow optimization and administrative process improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships across global stakeholder networks
• Operate with a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills within fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills and full English fluency
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and executive support tools
• Experience coordinating international travel and executive logistics
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Professional, proactive, and adaptable mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global or multinational organizations
• Experience working across multiple time zones and international teams
• Exposure to corporate governance or executive operations environments
