We are looking for a motivated and friendly Server/Bartender to join our team at Bad to the Bone BBQ! You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive service, preparing great drinks, and making every guest feel welcome at our family-owned BBQ restaurant.

You are great at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With special attention to the details, you take pride in your work, enjoy connecting with guests, and contribute to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service in the dining room and at the bar. 
Learn our BBQ menu, cocktails, beer, and wine selections to make recommendations and answer guest questions. 
Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale system and communicate special requests to the kitchen. 
Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards. 
Check on guests throughout their visit, anticipate their needs, and promptly address concerns with management when needed. 
Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures. 
Keep dining areas, bar stations, and service stations clean, organized, and stocked; complete opening, closing, and side-work duties. 
Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service procedures while supporting fellow team members.

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant serving and bartending experience preferred. 
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine preferred. 
Strong communication and customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude. 
Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tables and bar guests in a fast-paced environment. 
Comfortable using a point-of-sale system and handling guest payments. 
Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 
Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift items weighing more than 40 pounds as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.
