Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Delaware near Townsend. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with students across various grade levels, helping them develop communication skills that support academic success and overall well-being. Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals. Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services. Collaborate with teachers, parents, psychologists, and other school staff. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Delaware SLP license or eligibility for licensure. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Delaware Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain). Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
