Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Location: Norcross, GA Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care (Adult Patients) Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a well-established outpatient primary care practice serving the adult population. This position focuses on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, acute care, and health education in a collaborative clinical environment. The provider will work closely with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care, promote wellness, and develop individualized treatment plans while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Key Responsibilities Conduct annual wellness visits and routine physical examinations Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries Manage chronic medical conditions using evidence-based care Provide preventive healthcare services and patient education Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications within scope of practice Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical staff to ensure continuity of care Educate patients on disease prevention, medication management, and healthy lifestyle practices Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote patient-centered care Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license preferred Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required Spanish proficiency required Primary Care experience preferred Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills Ability to work effectively within a collaborative outpatient care team Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Based on experience Two Weeks Paid Vacation One Week Paid Sick Leave Six Paid Holidays Annual Performance Bonus $1,200 Annual CME Allowance $600 Monthly Health Insurance Contribution Established outpatient practice with a supportive team environment On-site laboratory and access to partner imaging services Telemedicine services available For More Information, Please Contact Phone: View phone number on click.appcast.io Email: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
