Job Summary
The Fairway Table at Regents' Glen Country Club isseekinga mature, dependable Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our restaurant and poolside dining operations. This role oversees a team of 10-15 staff at any given time across both the restaurant and pool service areas, ensuring smooth, high-quality service for members and guests. The ideal candidate has solid restaurant experience and thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment prior management experience is a plus but notrequired. Evening and weekend availabilityisessential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily FOH operations for both the restaurant and pool service, ensuring consistent, high-quality guest experience
- Lead, schedule, and supervise a team of 10-15 servers, bartenders, and support staff during each shift
- Trainnew staffand provide ongoing coaching to existing team members
- Manage service flow during peak hours, stepping in on the floor as needed
- Handle member and guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensuretimely,accurateorder execution
- Monitor andmaintaincleanliness, safety, and presentation standards across the restaurant and pool dining areas
- Assistwith opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and shift reporting
- Helpmaintaina positive, professional team culture during evening and weekend rushes
Qualifications
- Previousrestaurant experiencerequired; management experience preferred but not mandatory
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Mature, dependable, and able to lead a team confidently under pressure
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage staff of varying experience levels
- Comfortable working in a member/guest-facing hospitality environment
- Ability to multitask across both indoor restaurant service and outdoor poolside service
