Clinical & Academic Responsibilities Clinical (60%) Provide comprehensive primary care within a family medicine model Deliver preventative, chronic, and acute care Collaborate with NPs, PAs, and midwives Participate in call rotation (shared, structured model) Academic / Core Faculty (40%) Teach and mentor Family Medicine residents Lead clinical teaching sessions and precept in continuity clinic Support resident competency development Participate in curriculum development and program committees Foster a culture of professionalism, compassion, and lifelong learning You ll play a direct role in preparing residents to become confident, practice-ready physicians.
