The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities for work-life balance, with no on-call duties or weekend shifts required!

We are looking for a full-time nurse practitioner to join our team at the Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center located in Jersey Shore, PA, working 40 hours per week.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000. About Us

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals. This position is integral to achieving our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license. They should also be certified as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where applicable, the candidate must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state in which they practice.
