What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, including proficiency in ventilator management, telemetry, and IV starts
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Strong proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Ability to float confidently between units such as Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
• Excellent critical thinking and adaptability in high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in diverse ICU settings beyond the required units
• Additional certifications or training in specialized ICU procedures
• Multilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher highly preferred
• At least 2 years of ICU experience, with recent high-acuity care

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work the night 3x12-hour shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) on a 36-hour weekly schedule
• Ability to operate within float policy, working across units of similar or lower acuity
• Ready to start on 06/29/2026 and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment
