Rockwood Dental Center is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dependable Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team!

Our front office is the first impression patients have of our practice, and we want someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, making others feel comfortable, and creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

We're looking for more than someone who can answer phones and check patients in and out. We want someone with a great personality, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay organized while juggling multiple responsibilities.

What you'll be doing:

• Greeting patients with a warm, welcoming attitude and helping them feel comfortable
• Answering phones, assisting patients, and scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in and out and coordinating their next visits
• Verifying dental insurance and updating patient information
• Assisting with payment collection and patient questions
• Communicating with our clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
• Helping create a positive, organized, and efficient front-office environment

• Comfortable learning new software, procedures, and insurance processes

• Previous dental or medical office experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!

Schedule & Hours

• Monday–Thursday, approximately 32 hours per week
• A consistent four-day workweek
• Occasional Friday mornings required throughout the year for staff meetings
