About The Role

Rhone is seeking a Manager of Digital Sales to support the profitable growth of our Amazon 1P and other key digital wholesale accounts such as but not limited to: Shopbop, Zappos, Revolve, etc. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of sales, digital marketing, operations, and brand strategy. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, protecting brand integrity, and building a best-in-class presence on Amazon — while working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product.

What You'll Do

Account Management

• Support the management and growth of strategic, domestic wholesale digital accounts including but not limited to Amazon 1p, Zappos, Shopbop, Revolve.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for select partners, ensuring strong communication and execution.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Conduct quarterly product reviews and sell-in meetings.
• Manage item set-up and account portals as necessary.

Channel Execution

• P&L Accountability - Manage the Amazon and digital wholesale business end-to-end, owning net revenue, margin, and sell-through targets.
• Coordinate the execution of product launches, seasonal assortments, and partner-specific initiatives.
• Manage key operational workflows including order management, replenishment and launch readiness.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner closely with internal teams including Merchandising/Planning, Sales, Marketing, Ops/Finance and E-comm to align on channel plans and deliverables.
• Liaise with marketing, brand and third party agencies as needed to drive traffic and conversion to Amazon 1P Rhone storefront.
• Help ensure partners receive the necessary assets, inventory and operational support to successfully sell and represent Rhone.
• Work with teams cross-functionally on Rhone MAP policies execution and implementation.

Business Operations & Performance

• Track sales performance and partner metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support forecasting, reporting, and internal updates on channel performance.
• Assist with building scalable processes to support the continued growth of the wholesale digital revenue stream.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years wholesale and/or digital experience, specifically with Amazon.

• Strong understanding of wholesale account management, retail partnerships and/or digital marketplaces.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand wholesale financial drivers including margin, pricing, inventory, and partner performance.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-moving consumer or apparel business.

• Highly organized with strong execution skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Experience with order management systems, retail reporting or marketplace platforms a plus.
