NET Lead
A.NET Lead is a senior software engineer who guides development teams, shapes technical architecture, and builds scalable applications using technologies like C#, ASP.NET, and.NET Core. They bridge business needs and engineering execution by reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, and setting project standards.
5 to 10 years of software development experience with extensive hands-on expertise in the.NET framework.
Core Focus: Software design, technical team leadership, code quality enforcement, and strategic delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Design: Lead high-level design, write technical specifications, and architect scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and upskill junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical direction. Hands-on Development: Write robust code using C#,.NET Core, and related web technologies, alongside performance tuning and refactoring.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and estimate project scopes alongside product owners and clients.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce coding best practices, automated testing standards, and continuous integration workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in C#,.NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API/WCF, and SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Methodologies: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities to manage cross-functional expectations.
