Quick Facts: Location: Duluth, MN (402 East 2nd Street) Start Date: 07/17/2026 Duration: Open-ended assignment Shift: M-F, 8, 10, 12-hour shifts; weekends 12 or 16 hours Hours/Week: 32-40+ hours/week Employment Type: Contract Licensure/Certs: MN RN Anesthetist license, CPR, BCLS/ACLS Experience: Graduate of an accredited anesthesia program; previous CRNA experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $245-$310 (orientation rate at 60%) Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Weekly direct deposit pay schedule Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid sick time Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements Robust referral bonus program Malpractice insurance paid 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do: Provide anesthesia care in operating rooms, cath lab, GI, EP, MRI, and CT Manage 1-2 longer or 3-4 shorter cases per day on average Deliver one-to-one patient care for all age groups in a Level I trauma center Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a medically directed practice Work at multiple facility locations, including new hospital facilities and outpatient centers Participate in weekend/on-call coverage as scheduled Follow all safety and clinical protocols to ensure patient well-being What You Need: Required: Licensed RN Anesthetist in Minnesota Certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists CPR, BCLS, ACLS certifications Graduate of an accredited anesthesia program Preferred: Previous CRNA experience in a trauma or surgical setting Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: This position is based at a prominent Level I trauma center in Duluth, MN, with a busy surgical schedule that includes a variety of medical procedures across operating rooms, Cath labs, and outpatient clinics.
