General Accounting Clerk

We're looking for an General Accounting Associate to join our team at Weibel Auto Group. Prior working experience in an automotive dealership office setting is highly desired for this role, but other backgrounds will be considered if they are of a comparable nature. We Offer Medical & Dental Insurance Paid Vacation Closed Sundays Great Work Environment Wonderful Culture Responsibilities Post invoices Reconcile statements Disburse checks Balance statements and finalize data Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks Qualifications Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team Accounting degree (preferred, not required) Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership Pay Range $16.00 to $21.00/hr depending on experience and qualifications Our Goal at Weibel Auto Group is to create an exceptional environment for our customers and employees for the continual well-being and growth of everyone involved.
