Location: Dallas, TX (Dallas‑Richardson, TX, Sherman, TX). Key Responsibilities Perform all standard service activities through Tier I unassisted. Perform standard Tier II with assistance. Perform routine preventative maintenance within established timeframes. Complete quality repairs. Respond to fab issues by communicating with other engineers and participating in escalation conference calls. May participate in projects to reduce costs and increase uptime. Verify operational quality of system equipment. Assist senior engineers as needed. Apply diagnostic techniques and use documentation and test equipment with assistance from senior engineers. Diagnose and resolve technical problems. Use training and experience to identify some process, software or hardware related system problems. Strive to perform BKM’s. Use knowledge management systems. Follow all IP guidelines. Assume responsibility for complete customer satisfaction within work area. Assist in planning, communicating, and coordinating support plans with customer management. Comply with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrate safety as a value. Functional Knowledge & Professional Skills Demonstrated experience performing a range of day‑to‑day activities related to equipment maintenance and service. Business expertise: understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others in the discipline. Leadership: manages own workload; no supervisory responsibilities. Problem Solving: recognizes and solves typical problems in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options. Impact: impacts own team through quality of services; follows standardized procedures and practices; receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance. Interpersonal Skills: uses communication skills to exchange information and meet customers. Qualifications Experience working in the semiconductor industry. Must be located and/or willing to relocate to service the Dallas‑Richardson and Sherman, TX areas (40% of time).
