About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead its commercial growth strategy across the Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the full growth strategy, with a focus on deepening U.S. penetration, accelerating growth in Canada and Latin America, and expanding into new categories and markets. This role requires a leader with a strong background in enterprise P&L and general management, a blue-chip CPG foundation, and a proven track record in integrated sales and marketing leadership. The CCO will be expected to maximize the momentum of the company's flagship brand while building a more diversified and valuable food platform. Key responsibilities include leading the sales and marketing teams, shaping long-range strategy, and driving near-term execution with a focus on financial rigor, customer credibility, and cultural fluency. The ideal candidate for the CCO position at the company will have a background in brand and category building, with a proven ability to scale consumer brands and increase market share. They should be highly analytical, commercially rigorous, and have a strong command of commercial and financial disciplines. Experience in leading through significant growth, organizational evolution, and M&A is essential. The CCO will also be expected to serve as a global-to-regional leader, bridging the company's global priorities with regional execution and ensuring that the Americas' consumer and market insights influence global decisions. The role is pivotal, with the potential for the CCO to grow into the CEO position for the Americas, making it a critical leadership opportunity for a candidate with the right blend of experience, skills, and the potential for future growth.
