Job Description :

• Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
\n
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
\n
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
\n

\n

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

\n • Excellent interpersonal skill set, demonstrating compassion and respect to patients and family undergoing stressful procedures and treatments. [Required]

\n • Works independently, self-motivated, takes direction from physician and management to complete assignments. [Required]

\n • Maintain safe knowledge of equipment, procedures, supplies, computer, IV pumps, NOVA Glucose monitor, I-STAT, Immediate use sterilization policy and procedures. [Required]

\n • Must be proficient in English [Required]

\n • Ability to communicate effectively [Required]

Education:

\n • Associate's of Nursing [Required]

\n • Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Field of Study:

\n • N/A

Work Experience:

\n • 1+ year medical surgical experience [Required]

\n • 1+ year surgery experience [Preferred]
