Direct Support Professional ??ö Statewide OregonEmpowered Services provides one-on-one in-home and community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our focus is to hire and train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help people build independence, maintain routines, and stay connected to their communities in meaningful ways.Role OverviewWe are hiring an entry-level in person Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide consistent, structured care for individuals of all ages in Oregon in their homes and out in the community.
