Houseman- Housekeeping

The Houseman supports the housekeeping team on guest room floors by ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment, enabling Room Attendants to work efficiently and deliver Hyatt service standards. Key Responsibilities: * Support Room Attendants by stripping guest rooms (removing used linens, towels, and trash) to prepare rooms for cleaning * Deliver linens, towels, and guest supplies promptly to Room Attendants on assigned floors * Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest hallways, service landings, and vending areas at all times * Empty trash from housekeeping areas, hallways, and service points regularly * Keep housekeeping closets clean, organized, and fully stocked with required supplies and par levels * Transport dirty linens to designated collection areas and ensure proper handling procedures are followed * Restock linen closets and supply areas throughout the shift to support workflow efficiency * Monitor guest floor conditions and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly * Respond quickly to housekeeping requests within assigned floors to maintain productivity and turnaround time Why Hyatt Regency St. Louis?
