The primary focus of this role is to improve same-day access, support high-risk patient stabilization, reduce avoidable acute care utilization, and provide operational support during periods of provider capacity strain. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about improving access, continuity and the overall patient experience.The Flex NP is intended to support high-impact clinical access and stabilization needs. Routine longitudinal panel management responsibilities remain with primary PCP team. Clinicians in this role are expected to exercise a high degree of clinical judgment and autonomy while collaborating closely with market leadership and care teams.As a Flex NP, you will serve as a trusted clinical partner across care teams helping ensure that every patient receives timely, high quality care. You will step into established care teams to support patient needs, maintain continuity of care and enhance the effectiveness of our primary care providers, without the responsibility of managing your own patient panel. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonuses or commissions.
