Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Floater)

Schedule: Typically Monday - Friday, 7:30AM-4:30PM/8AM-5PM (Flexes based on area assisting with) What you will be doing: * Giving amazing customer service to our onsite operation by scanning/delivering/tracking/reporting in and outgoing business packages and mail (via UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc). * Assisting the onsite personnel in retrieving their packages and providing records management in person, by email, by phone, or similar methods. * Oversee the onsite business center, which may include: office supply stocking, assisting with copy/print orders, conference room setup up, pantry inventory, or light facilities. * Serves as backup to route driving roles, which provide delivery to onsite personnel for packages, pallets, etc. What we need from you: * 3+ year experience in shipping & receiving, mailroom, route driving, or similar services. * Valid U.S. Driver's License, must be at least 25 years old to meet our standards to company car insurance, and have had license for at least 5 years. * A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers. * Previous material handling skills a plus, including ability to use motorized and manual equipment such as forklifts (in locations where they are needed), pallet jacks, and hand trucks. * Ability to perform the following types of physical activities: lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull to move equipment, bend/stoop/squat/kneel, and reach above shoulders * Background and experience working in a warehouse or loading dock environment, with exposure to varied weather conditions a plus. * Must be willing to be cross-trained to support all tasks required for that site, including, but not limited to: routes, receiving, mail services, shipping, floaters, freight coordination & logistics, loading dock operations, and customer service/help desk. Must be experienced with and able to troubleshoot issues regarding tracking software, secure lockers, and other tools & technology used by the SRM team. Must remain flexible and ready to support the needs of the business. In some field offices, Supervisors will collaborate with cross functional partners to support waste, secure waste, and eWaste programs. Compensation: The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, and other job-related factors. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): No AI or automated decision-making tools are used to screen, assess, or select candidates for this role.
