Pediatric Physical Therapist – School Age – $1,500 sign on Location: Hewlett, NY (Hewlett School District and surrounding area) Job Type: Fee for Service and/or Full‑Time potential Hours: Monday–Friday following the school calendar (10‑month consolidated schedule, flexible scheduling for FFS) Compensation Fee for Service: $60–$80 per hour Full‑Time: $75,000–$85,000 Rates are determined by service provided, professional experience, and license/certifications held. Position may be full‑time or fee‑for‑service depending on current caseload; arrangement can vary and is subject to change. Responsibilities Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload. Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations. Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators regarding case management. Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals. Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs. Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel. Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report on progress quarterly. Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
