Corporate Sales Manager | Enterprise Broker Sales

Job Overview Sales at ADP. ADP's world‑class sales team is driving our global growth. We seek a Broker Enterprise Sales Representative to generate leads to organizations with 1,000 or more employees, leveraging existing MAS Broker relationships to drive strategic HCM initiatives. You will work with internal and external partners and close sales, supported by sales training and competitive compensation. Responsibilities Reach or exceed assigned sales goals Develop and execute territory business plans to define strategies and tactics for success Mine existing and prospective partners for referral business Establish and maintain good customer relations with internal and external customers Connect customers' business needs with ADP products and services Build network in person and remotely with external partners to gain access to industry knowledge and key decision makers Qualifications 5+ years of quota‑carrying, outside business‑to‑business sales experience with proven proficiency in selling, presentation, prospecting, and territory management Preferred Qualifications Experience in Human Capital Management Sales, HCM, HR Outsourcing sales experience Hunter mentality Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning ERP Workforce Management experience Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranges from USD $68,400 to USD $148,100 per year, with potential for bonus, equity or commissions.
