How It Works

Choose your dates: Share your availability each month and coordinate your assigned on-call nights or weekends with our scheduling team.

Stay available: During your assigned on-call period, remain reachable and ready to accept last-minute coverage.

Step in when needed: Provide compassionate, one-on-one care for clients throughout Pinellas County.

This role is a commitment to be available for coverage during your selected dates. Were looking for caregivers who respond promptly and reliably follow through when called.

On-Call Pay

Nights: $15 per assigned on-call night.

Weekends: $100 per assigned on-call weekend.

When you work: Your regular hourly rate plus an additional $1 per hour for coverage shifts worked during your assigned on-call period.

Standby pay is earned for fulfilling your assigned on-call commitment, even if no shift coverage is needed. If you are called in, shift pay is in addition to your standby pay.

What Youll Do

Follow each clients care plan and provide assistance within your training and qualifications, including:

• Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Companionship and support that promote dignity and independence.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Safe transfers and use of mobility equipment, as trained.
• Reporting changes or concerns to our care team and documenting care accurately.

What Were Looking For

• Qualified Home Health Aides with current CPR certification.
• Prior caregiving experience; home care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assignments throughout Pinellas County.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to respond promptly.
• Confidence working independently and adapting to different clients care needs.
• A compassionate attitude and a dependable commitment to your assigned availability.
