Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment? Join our Operations Maintenance team and play a vital role in keeping a fast-paced, highly automated distribution facility running at peak performance. As a Maintenance Technician II, you'll work with conveyors, motors, automated systems, robotics, and electrical controls while gaining valuable experience with cutting-edge technology.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment and facility systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, and automated equipment.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and quickly diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Complete scheduled maintenance tasks and accurately document work performed.
- Manage and update work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Record equipment downtime and maintenance activities to support operational reliability.
- Perform battery maintenance and replacements as needed.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure equipment meets operational and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or electrical maintenance experience.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing conveyors, material handling equipment, or automated systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
- Experience following and promoting workplace safety standards.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems.
- Experience using a CMMS for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of robotics, sensors, motors, VFDs, and control systems.
- Associate degree, technical certification, or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- Apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience.
- Continuous improvement and reliability-focused mindset.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $32.50/hr.
