As an ICU nurse, you will be responsible for the care of critically ill patients. Your duties will include monitoring vital signs and managing IVs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care. Participation in ongoing education and skills validation is expected. Maintaining patient confidentiality and dignity is a priority in this role. You will ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills are essential. Effective communication with patients and their families is crucial. This role may involve exposure to various medical conditions and emergency situations. Flexibility in scheduling and adaptability to change are required for this position.
