TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Easton, Maryland, 21601!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of experience required License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, CPI Must-Have: EOW 2 years of experience required. First-time travelers accepted. Description: Telemetry RN position available for nights. Shifts are either 3x12 or 4x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:30. Patient ratio is 1:5, can increase to 1:6 with low acuity (not common). Every other weekend is required, with 4 weekends in a 4-week schedule cycle. Holiday shifts are also required as scheduled. Floating to sister facilities may be necessary when needed. On-call shifts are not required. Preferred previous charge experience. Experience with the Epic charting system is preferred. Special procedural skills include managing telemetry and cardiac drips, interpreting dysrhythmias, and care for various interventions. Daily patient care includes managing patients with cardiac dysrhythmias, ACS, CHF, respiratory failure, pneumonia, and stroke. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy. Candidates must be comfortable floating within the specialty with no restrictions. Travelers are expected to comply with all onboarding requirements.
