Service Manager | Louisville | NOVO Health Services

This isn't a desk job managing from a distance. You'll hire, train, and coach the Route Service Representatives who deliver clean linen and pick up soil product every day — and you'll be ready to run a route yourself when the business needs you to. Your fleet, your team, your accounts, your results.

• Full ownership of the customer experience. You manage the daily account functions — audits, scrub counts, route reconciliations, truck maintenance logs, linen reconciliation — that determine whether customers stay.
• Real leadership, not just supervision. You hire, train, develop, and coach your RSRs so each one delivers on the simple pledge: the right product, the right quantity, in the right time window.
• You're in it. You'll cover routes during absences, run route logistics around vacations and holidays, and act as RSR during a market startup — this is a leader who works alongside the team, not above it.
• Work that matters. Every route keeps hospitals stocked and patients cared for.

You're the right fit if you:

• High School Degree,
• Bring previous management experience and strong leadership skills, ideally in a route-based or distribution environment
• Have a demonstrated quality focus and a customer-centric mindset
• Know your way around DOT/FMCSA compliance and can keep a fleet safe, clean, and road-ready
• Bring financial awareness and are comfortable with the numbers behind the routes you run
• Can adapt fast — competing demands and a rapidly growing customer base don't rattle you
• Have reliable transportation and can pass customer credentialing requirements

A bachelor's degree is a plus, but we care more about what you've actually run and delivered.
