Responsibilities: Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms Manage laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels Maintain linen inventory and restock housekeeping carts and supply closets as needed Greet and assist guests at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries efficiently Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations Ensure all public-facing areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding room status and guest needs Requirements: Prior experience in housekeeping, laundry services, or front desk operations preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and transition between housekeeping and front desk duties seamlessly Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Basic computer skills for front desk check-in/check-out systems a plus About Us: Classy Cleaning Staffing Agency is a trusted name in professional cleaning and hospitality staffing, connecting skilled workers with top employers across New Jersey.
