We’re looking for someone with industry experience and a passion for client service. Exceptional organizational skills and your Securities Licensing (Series 7, 63/66) are essential to excel in this role. Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Financial Advisor to enhance client experiences and drive investment operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow and improve service delivery.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client needs and resolve any operational challenges.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements for service excellence.
- Experience in leading and managing client service operations within the insurance industry.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with financial advisors to enhance client experiences and drive investment operations.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to optimize workflow and improve service delivery.
- Strong mentoring skills to guide team members and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client needs and resolve operational challenges.
- Proficiency in analyzing operational data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements for service excellence.
