About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team for the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM evening shift. What You’ll Do (RN & LPN Responsibilities)

• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.

• Assess resident status ( RN ) and assist with routine monitoring and care ( LPN ).

• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) during the 3-11 shift.

• Collaborate with RN supervisors, LPN teammates, and physicians to deliver quality care.

• Supervise and guide CNAs to ensure resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications for LPNs & RNs

• Active RN or LPN license in [State] (in good standing).

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills.

• Both experienced nurses and new grad RNs or LPNs are welcome to apply!
