Certified Nursing AssistantWesthaven, a Cassia community, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated care team. As a CNA at Westhaven, you will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. You'll also help ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while working closely with nurses and fellow team members to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and dependable individual who thrives in a team-focused setting and finds purpose in supporting the well-being of older adults each day.Position Type: Full-Time or Part-TimeShifts Available:Days: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Full-Time)Evenings 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Full-Time)Nights 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Part-Time)Bonus: $1,000Location: 112 W 4th St, Boone, IA 50036Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities:Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
