Role summary Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. What you’ll do Online orderfillers and delivery associates shop for customers and choose items such as apples or cereal. The position is fast paced, requiring time in all departments to fill orders. Order fillers dispense orders to customers and engage them throughout the process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during the holiday season, and may require juggling online customers with in‑store customers. You will receive performance‑based incentive awards and a range of benefits. The total compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. You will also receive paid time off and/or paid parental time off that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
