Take time to start conversations, show interest, and build trust. Offer a helping hand to new teammates getting settled and support existing colleagues whenever you can. By showing up with kindness, care, and respect, you help create a workplace where everyone feels seen, valued, and included.

Finish Strong! Stay focused through the end of your shift by tidying your workstation, returning equipment to its proper place, replenishing supplies, and taking a moment to recognize coworkers who helped make the day a success.
