Job Title: Stock Picker/Packer
Location: Temecula, CA 92590
Employment Type: W2 Contract | 10 Months with Possibility of Extension
Pay Rate: $16.96 - $19.96/hour | Paid Weekly
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime as Needed)
Work Model: Fully Onsite

Role Overview

BEPC is seeking a dependable  Stock Picker/Packer to join our client's warehouse operations team in Temecula, California. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, or material handling.

In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving inventory, preparing customer orders, processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials and inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to established procedures.
• Label, meter, and package shipments using various freight and shipping systems.
• Process customer orders and inventory transactions using the SAP system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control activities.
• Prepare daily shipping activities to support next-day distribution.
• Follow established warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Support divisional initiatives and additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–3 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain regular and dependable attendance.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using SAP or other ERP/warehouse management systems.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, or order fulfillment.
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and quality standards.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a warehouse and distribution environment and requires standing, walking, lifting, packing, and moving materials throughout the shift. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required based on customer demand.
