Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;10;12;On Call Pay Rate: $209.52 - $226.80

This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Blended model: Daytime clinic + restricted call coverage; overnight home call.

Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient

Types of Cases: Standard Gynecology cases.

Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days

Certifications Required:Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program

(NRP), Fetal Monitoring, Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO), Ultrasound Obstetrics and Gynecology focus, and robotic surgery.

Licensure Required: Must be Board Certified, must have an active Oregon License, must have an Oregon Drug Enforcement Administration License (or DEA that is easily transferable)
